Creating ad hoc Meetings in Class

Step 1

Run the Class application installed on your computer. If you have not installed Class yet please see the instructions found HERE.

Step 2

If prompted to update class, please do so. The upgrade process is very similar to the initial Class install. For directions on how to install Class please see the instructions found HERE.

Step 3

Click the Sign In button.

Step 4

If prompted please enter your Zoom credentials and click the Sign In button. 

Step 5

Click the Create a New Class button.

Step 6

Fill out the Create a new class form with the desired values. Click the Schedule button when finished.

Step 7

Click the See Class Schedule button.

Step 8

Click the entry for the meeting you created in the left-side menu.

Step 9

To send the meeting invite click the Copy Invite link. You can then copy the invite into an email, etc. The invite will look similar to this:
